I paired it with my favourite gold necklace from Topshop and my Chelsea boots and I was good to go!

The 1970’s, although similar to the 60’s was a fashion period that most people who grew up in, never forget. The first thing I think of when I think 70’s is something along the lines of disco pants and incredibly high outrageously coloured platforms. So maybe a revisit of these ‘interesting’ styles, isn’t exactly what we need right now… This collection is a style ‘based’ on the 70’s. Its not exactly the comeback of all thinks ‘funky’ but it gives you a good idea of some of the styles that used to be around then.
From the research, I have definately seen a large theme of flowy and relaxed fits, and after the 1960’s trend of shorter skirts and clothing, the return of longer midi and maxi skirts seem to appear in much of the popular fashion in the sixties. If any of the products interest you, the links below the picture will take you to their site 🙂

I ended up throwing on my go-to Caterpillar boots because they must be the most comfortable shoes I have ever walked in! The hair bow I am wearing was my DIY attempt at something similar to the American Apparel Hair bows, if anyone wants to see a guide on how I made it just leave a comment.

This is a collection from Asos, all of which I have had my eyes on for a while now… I love asos because it has so much variety of different styles and shops. My favourite product from this collection has got to be the halter playsuit. I linked all of the items to where you can buy them if you want to check any of them out.
On a side note-Sorry that I haven’t been very active recently. I’m going to try and post more often from now on.
