Shirtdress & Boots Outfit

My best friend and I went on a walk and decided to do a mini photoshoot…
I love shirt dresses because you can dress them up or down quite easily and they can be worn with boots, heels, or trainers… This one in particular is from Misguided and the quality is fab, its great because it’s quite thick, and I’m grateful for that when it gets cooler later on here in England.

I paired it with my favourite gold necklace from Topshop and my Chelsea boots and I was good to go!

1970’s Inspired Collection

1970's collage
Maxi skirt// Disco Pants// Bandana// Bardot Top// Blue Stone Necelace// Denim Shirts// Cutolettes// Paisley Long Sleeved Playsuit// Sunlgasses// Floppy Felt Hat// Trench Coat// Platform Boots

The 1970’s, although similar to the 60’s was a fashion period that most people who grew up in, never forget. The first thing I think of when I think 70’s is something along the lines of disco pants and incredibly high outrageously coloured platforms. So maybe a revisit of these ‘interesting’ styles, isn’t exactly what we need right now… This collection is a style ‘based’ on the 70’s. Its not exactly the comeback of all thinks ‘funky’ but it gives you a good idea of some of the styles that used to be around then.
From the research, I have definately seen a large theme of flowy and relaxed fits, and after the 1960’s trend of shorter skirts and clothing, the return of longer midi and maxi skirts seem to appear in much of the popular fashion in the sixties. If any of the products interest you, the links below the picture will take you to their site 🙂

Chilled Weekend OOTD

Happy Father’s Day everyone! The weather seemed to cheer up after yesterday, so my sister and I decided to go on a quick walk this afternoon, and I thought it the perfect opportunity to take some photos for an outfit post 🙂

I ended up throwing on my go-to Caterpillar boots because they must be the most comfortable shoes I have ever walked in! The hair bow I am wearing was my DIY attempt at something similar to the American Apparel Hair bows, if anyone wants to see a guide on how I made it just leave a comment.

Asos Wishlist 2015

Asos wishlist 2015
Laced Skater Dress// Linen Mini Skirt// Heeled Sandals// Chunky Oatmeal Cardigan// Strappy Backed Cami // Halter Playsuit// Leather Backpack// Fedora// Cutolette Shorts// Denim Jacket// Lace Bralette

This is a collection from Asos, all of which I have had my eyes on for a while now… I love asos because it has so much variety of different styles and shops. My favourite product from this collection has got to be the halter playsuit. I linked all of the items to where you can buy them if you want to check any of them out.

On a side note-Sorry that I haven’t been very active recently. I’m going to try and post more often from now on.
